Excellent AC...instructions could use some tweaking
I was hesitant to purchase this unit because of the lack of reviews, but based on the positive reviews of the company's other units on amazon I went ahead and purchased it on Saturday. The unit arrived on Monday with two day shipping and it took about an hour and a half to install. Be warned that installation is a two person job. The unit easily exceeds a hundred pounds and installation is not as straightforward as a smaller window unit.

Installation instructions are a bit confusing. It seems that whoever wrote them wanted to include all the details, but this is done at the expense of clarity. For example, the manual says to attach the side panels to the cabinet, but doesn't specify in which direction to place the screws. It becomes obvious once you think about it, but this is one of the details they fumbled. Otherwise, pictures are included and the parts were all labeled. FYI for anyone worried about minimum window height (which is advertised as being 18.5"), my window...
