Quiet unit. Good look I just had this AC installed in my living room wall today and the first I noticed is that it is fairly quiet. I also like that it has a nice clean sleek look. What I am a bit disappointed in is that I would expect a unit with 14,700 btu's to be a lot more powerful. I only needed a 12,000 btu unit so I thought this one would really cool the room fast. So far, that is not the case. I believe if I leave it on for a number of hours at a time, it will do a good job of making the room really cold. But so far, after about 45 minutes, the room is comfortably cool.
